Low testosterone can contribute to brain fog, low motivation, and slower reactions, which can make it even harder to stay focused on the road. TRT can help.
Less exercise and weight gain can push testosterone levels lower and contribute to muscle loss, slower recovery, and low sex drive.

Proven, reliable results

Family planning
I've been into health optimization for years — tracking recovery, training consistently, dialing in nutrition — but my energy and drive had been quietly declining and I knew my testosterone levels were part of the issue. The problem was every clinic I looked at either had a 3-week wait, charged hidden fees on top of hidden fees, or made me feel like I was just a number.
Super easy process and dealt with real people within 24 hours
Since turning 40 last year, I've felt very lethargic and I'd have crazy afternoon burnout. Also, I had very little interest in being intimate with my wife. Thankfully, I came across Feel30 and got my blood work checked. It turns out that my testosterone levels were insanely low, and I have no idea how I was functioning. The doctor was shocked how I was functioning at the level I was at. He said I was running at the levels of a 70 year old male.

You'll work with a US-based Feel30 doctor who'll manage your care from the start. They'll create a treatment plan based on your blood work, sleep habits, and schedule. Your doctor will support your long-term health and wellness and make changes as needed based on your health or labs. You get care that is made just for you, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Testosterone replacement therapy, or TRT, is a treatment for men with low testosterone. It helps bring levels back to the normal range. Doctors prescribe TRT when tests show low testosterone and symptoms are present. This condition is often called male hypogonadism, where the body doesn't make enough testosterone. Men with low levels may notice less desire for sex, brain fog and trouble focusing, low mood, and other symptoms.
Testosterone comes in different forms like injections, gels, creams, and pills. At Feel30, we offer injectable testosterone cypionate for direct replacement, as well as enclomiphene to support your body's natural production.
Your treatment plan affects how soon you notice results. Injectable TRT often starts working in 2 to 3 weeks, while enclomiphene may take 4 to 6 weeks. You may feel more energetic or notice better focus within a few weeks, but it can take longer to get the full benefits. Follow-up visits and quarterly lab tests help track your progress.
Testosterone therapy usually works well and is generally safe, but it can cause some side effects. These include higher red blood cell counts, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, acne, hair thinning, and worse sleep apnea.
TRT can also suppress your natural testosterone and sperm production. So if you want children, talk with your healthcare provider about fertility before you start. Your Feel30 doctor will check your blood every three months, including red blood cell levels and hormone balance, for any sign of potential adverse effects and adjust your treatment if needed.
Testosterone therapy isn't right for everyone. Doctors usually don’t prescribe it to men with active or untreated prostate or male breast cancer. They also avoid it if you already have a high red blood cell count, severe untreated sleep apnea, serious heart failure, a recent heart attack or stroke, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
At Feel30, licensed providers will review your symptoms, medical history, and lab results to determine whether TRT is appropriate for you.
We offer enclomiphene in all 50 states and TRT in 35. If you're an over-the-road driver, our team will check your coverage based on your location and route so you see where your care is available while you travel.
If you have serious untreated sleep apnea, starting TRT might make it worse. If you use a CPAP machine for your sleep apnea, we'll ask about it to make sure TRT is safe for you. If you suspect you may have sleep apnea but haven’t undergone a sleep test, get one first. Sleep problems and tiredness can be caused by sleep apnea or low testosterone, so we ask about both early on, especially for drivers dealing with long hours and irregular sleep.
Properly managed TRT is usually okay for a DOT physical, but the certified medical examiner decides for sure. No matter your CDL class, bring a full list of your medications with doses. Our hormone doctors can write a letter that states your diagnosis, doses, how you take your medicine, and that your treatment is stable and doesn't affect your driving. Always disclose the medication you’re taking on the form or schedule anything around your exam.
Yes, if your labs and symptoms support it. New drivers experience the same poor sleep, sitting, and stress as experienced drivers. Entry-level training programs usually last 2 to 6 weeks, and trainees may be away from home for up to 4 weeks. Our at-home labs and video consultations will fit easily into your schedule. Your provider will review your history and decide if treatment is right for you.
