The initial laboratory panel and medical evaluation costs approximately $49-$129.
Laboratory testing is included in Feel30’s subscription pricing as part of the regular monitoring that comes with treatment. Patients pay for their initial bloodwork cost.
Feel30 does not participate in any insurance plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance. Patients are responsible for all charges. The company can provide documentation that patients may submit to their own insurance company for possible reimbursement, but Feel30 does not bill insurance directly.
Some HSA/FSA cards may accept payment for bloodwork, but Feel30 cannot guarantee this.
All Feel30 prescriptions are filled through licensed U.S. pharmacies and shipped directly to the patient’s home or another address they choose as part of their treatment plan.
Medications arrive in discreet packaging.
Shipping is free and included within the subscription cost. One the clinician has reviewed the patient’s labs and issued the prescription, most people receive their medication within a few days.
