What's included in my monthly fee?

Everything. Your monthly fee covers all medications, consultations, bloodwork, follow-ups, express shipping, and Feel30 Members Club access. No hidden fees, ever.

How is Feel30 different from other TRT clinics?

We're transparent about pricing from day one. Other clinics advertise low monthly rates but add hidden costs for bloodwork ($400+), shipping, consultations, and membership fees. Our all-inclusive pricing means you know exactly what you're paying.

Why is Feel30 more expensive than other providers?

We're actually more affordable when you add up the total costs. Other providers hide fees for bloodwork, consultations, shipping, and follow-ups. Our transparent pricing includes everything you need with no surprises.

Do I need to visit a clinic for bloodwork?

No, an in-clinic visit is not required. We send a licensed phlebotomist straight to your door to handle all the blood work for you. Most men prefer this private, convenient option. If you prefer a clinic option, Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp locations are available nationwide.

Is this legal and legitimate?

Yes. Feel30 operates under all federal and state telehealth laws. We work exclusively with licensed U.S. physicians and prescribe trusted medications from pharmacies.

How quickly will I receive my medication?

48 hours. We ship same day if your consultation is completed before 11am. All orders include expedited shipping and tracking information.

Will insurance cover my treatment?

We don't process insurance claims directly. However, we can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

How often will I see my doctor?

Your physician conducts regular follow-up consultations to monitor your progress and adjust treatment as needed. Additional consultations are available upon request.

What states do you operate in?

We currently serve patients in many U.S. states through our network of licensed physicians. Fill out the quiz to get started.

Is there a subscription fee?

Your treatment plan includes all physician consultations, prescription costs, and routine lab work. We don't charge hidden fees or require long-term commitments.

How fast can I start treatment?

If you choose LabCorp or LabQuest, you can get your bloodwork done same-day. With fast lab processing and consult booking, most patients are approved and have their prescription shipped within 3–4 days.

If you choose an at-home kit, the process typically takes 5–7 days, depending on how quickly you complete and return the test.
